About Tristen

For the past thirteen years I've been overseas living in London initially and then Melbourne. It was in Melbourne that I studied at the Australian College of Hypnotherapy and then the Australian division of the Human Givens Institute of Applied Psychotherapy, in which I achieved High Distinction.

I'm always interested in furthering my professional education and make sure that I keep up with all the latest findings and techniques when it comes to Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

I am a full member of the Australian Association of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and Hypnosis New Zealand.

Whilst I mainly focus on helping people overcome Anxiety, Depression, PSTD and Phobias, I am certainly open to other requests and inquiries.

All my late teen and adult life I have been a fiction writer, musician and producer, with a keen passion for art and creativity. I play guitar a lot and am working on my fourth fiction novel at the moment.

As a lover of all animals and the environment, I endeavor to live as ethical a lifestyle as possible, so I do not purchase, wear or consume any animal products whatsoever.
